I am very excited that wide-legged pants are back for Spring, big-time! I have loved the look for a long time. I remember my white sailor pants from Ann Taylor that I wore to death for a few summers in the mid-90s. They were the softest cotton, very wide, and cuffed. They made even the most basic t-shirt look chic.
